Here at Absolute Tree Care, we have swiftly gained a reputation as specialists in every aspect of maintaining and conserving forests, as well as recycling their resources. In fact, our wood recycling service has become known for its outstanding quality, creativity and the vital role it plays in helping us to recycle as many of the trees we fell as possible.
In addition, we pass on any money we make from selling raw materials generated from services such as site clearances in the form of a discount. As customer-focused tree surgeons, we remain dedicated to offering our clients the ultimate value for money.
Our Tree Work
From a one-off site clearance in Witney to contracted hedge cutting in Oxford, the work we carry out as tree surgeons comes divided between domestic and commercial contracts. We also have experience in utility work, specifically those involving high voltage power lines.
When it comes to domestic contracts, we tailor our services to suit both the requirements of the client and the development of the environment. Absolute Tree Care has built a considerable portfolio with a range of domestic clients, many of whom use us for tree surgery services two or three times annually.
Commercial contracts usually consist of larger projects set to strict timescales and budgets, an area in which we have significant experience. The largest commercial project we have undertaken to date involved the removal and recycling of 300 tonnes of timber. We currently operate in the Four Shires area, but for larger commercial contracts, as well as diseased tree removal work, we have travelled as far afield as Shropshire, Sussex, Kent and across the south of England.
Whichever sector we operate in, our clients can rest assured that we hold public liability and employer’s liability insurance coverage.
As customer-focused tree surgeons, we always strive to improve our client satisfaction levels. To achieve this, we work with management-level accountability throughout the company and liaise with our clients in Oxford, Witney and the neighbouring areas in order to monitor their comments and feedback.
Absolute Tree Care also continuously looks to enhance the aesthetics of a property whilst facilitating improved ground maintenance. We often manage this economically by using our own recycled products such as wood chippings, mulch and log bordering.
Health and Safety
As professional tree surgeons, we treat safety with paramount importance. We base our reputation on extensive safety procedures and currently boast an unblemished safety record.
Whether we undertake hedge cutting, diseased tree removal or any of other tree surgery service, we operate with a standard policy of providing a Risk Assessment before all works. In addition, we furnish all tree surgeons with the required personal protective equipment (PPE), allowing them to perform their designated role safely. This PPE includes British Standard boots, gloves, trousers, helmets, ear defenders and high visibility vests when working at the roadside.
Each of our tree surgeons holds Chapter 8 Signing, Lighting and Guarding qualifications. This ensures the safety of sub-contractors, tenants and any other person affected by the works we conduct in Witney, Oxford, the wider Oxfordshire area or anywhere else in the south of the country.
Absolute Tree Care complies with all current HSE and COSHH guidelines. In order to uphold these superior safety standards and policies, we undertake regular reviews and updates. A full copy of our company safety policy is available on request.
